Plastic extrusion technologies include thermoplastic raw materials such as PP, PE, PET, ABS, HIPS, GPPS, and SAN, which are transformed into various forms under heat and pressure through extrusion processes. At the same time, multilayer structures such as A/B/A, A/B, PP/PE, PP/EVOH/PE, PET/PE, PET/EVOH/PE, and co-extruded sheets can also be produced. This technology is one of the preferred production methods in modern industry due to its continuous production principle, high efficiency, low cost, and compliance with quality standards.
During the extrusion process, plastic raw material (in the form of granules or powder) is fed into the extruder machine and melted by heat while being conveyed forward by a screw system. The molten material is then forced through a die, shaped into the desired form, and continuously produced. The product is cooled by cooling systems in the mold or extrusion line, calibrated, and finally cut to the required dimensions.
